ADMINISTRATIVE RULE UPDATE
The NDBVME will hold a public hearing to address proposed amendments to the ND Administrative Code 87-01 through 87-05 and adoption of 87-06 at 5:30pm on March 18, 2021 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 825 E. Beaton Drive, West Fargo, ND 58078. The purpose of the proposed amendments and rule is to address outdated items in the administrative code as well as current changes within the veterinary profession.
The proposed rules may be reviewed here. Written or oral comments on the proposed rules sent to the above address or telephone number and received by March 31, 2021 will be fully considered.
If you plan to attend the public hearing and will need special facilities or assistance relating to a disability, please contact the NDBVME at the above telephone number or address at least one week prior to the public hearing.
The board will continue to accept all continuing education programs that are normally offered through an in-person format but have been moved to a virtual format due to COVID-19. This will continue until further notice.
